Access Control

A modern padel centre can operate without permanent on-site staff thanks to smart access systems. Players access the court by PIN code, RFID card or Bluetooth via the mobile app, and a keypad can be installed at the court for entering the code. Court access is tied to the booked time slot. This enables 24/7 operation without permanent staff for court access.

Booking Platform Integration

Bookings run on the booking platform the system connects to (for example Playtomic); payments, memberships and notifications depend on the chosen platform. We check compatibility with your platform before the contract is signed. By connecting the booking system with lighting and access control, a fully automated experience is created for both the operator and the player.

Per-Court Control of Lighting and Doors

Smart Padel controls per-court lighting and access doors as separate control points, so lighting is switched on only for booked slots. The number of control points grows with the number of courts, and larger clubs extend the system with an additional PLC unit.

Court Usage Analytics

Smart Padel analytics track court usage, helping operators understand usage patterns and plan time slots. Business reports and payment functions depend on the connected booking platform and agreed integrations.

The key to successful implementation is connecting all components into one system. Smart Padel connects lighting, access control and bookings and is managed remotely through a web interface; payment depends on the chosen booking platform. Operators manage the connected control points, such as court lighting and access doors, remotely through the web interface, even when they are not on site.

Smart Padel runs as a cloud service supplied by Smart Padel Automation of Madrid. The monthly cloud subscription is contracted directly between the client and Smart Padel Automation and is separate from the hardware that Premidel supplies.
